I thought not. His name is Ben Kruidos, and he was an employee in the Florida State Attorney's office until recently. He was fired .... because he sinned!
Ben Kruidbos received a termination letter Thursday accusing him of misconduct and "violating numerous state attorney's office policies and procedures."
It accused him of disclosure of confidential information, sabotage of property or equipment, and misuse of state attorney equipment.
Attorney Wesley White says Kruidbos wasn't surprised by the firing.
Kruidbos retrieved photos and deleted text messages from Martin's cellphone and testified during a hearing June 6. Zimmerman's attorneys were seeking sanctions against the state for not properly turning over the evidence from Martin's phone.
Judge Debra Nelson said she would revisit the matter at the trial's end.
It appears to ole' Pecoz that the Sandford police chief, a career law enforcement officer, who was fired for refusing to arrest Zimmerman because the evidence didn't warrant it..... and this young man, Ben Kruidbos are the only two folks in Florida that can hold their heads high this morning..
BTW, any of you Pilgrims really think that Judge Debbie is going to revisit this matter now that the prosecution truly showed it's arse? And if you think you'll see coverage of this on the national MSM, I've got some Florida swamp land to sell you.....
(Thanks and a tip O' the Stetson to WKMG's 'Click Orlando' for this story. Other-wise, we would never have heard about it.)
