I don't know which is the more obscene......

First the story, then the question:

Hero or Terrorist???

Retired Marine Corporal Nathan Kenmitz was traveling to the state capitol in Sacramento California, when he was accosted by the TSA!  In full Marine Blues, with ID, and with 9 year old wounds that still don't let him raise his right arm above his head, he was forced to do so, told to remove his tunic because his medals interfered with the body scanner, was felt up by the TSA agent, including inside his trouser waist band ...

Kemnitz’s escort, Patricia Martin, took photos so that the public could know “just how shamefully even a Purple Heart recipient/disabled veteran can be treated by some TSA and security employees.”

“At some places I’m treated like royalty and at some like a terrorist,” Kemnitz said. “There’s got to be something in the middle.”

And now the question: 

Whose fault is it that this crap continues to happen in this nation, Big Sis and her TSA Gestapo in Blue?  Or we the people  - for letting it continue while we look the other way..... the same as the good folks of Germany did in the 30's?
