Nine out of ten of these commencement speakers will advise: "Raise your head - look up  - follow your dreams!"

Only one in ten will say: 'Don't expect to live in house like your Dad's, earn a salary like Dad's, or drive a car like your Mom's the day after you graduate. Find a job - any decent job with a decent employer - and start learning about real life. The harder you work and the more valuable an employee you become - the sooner you will obtain those dreams of your youth."
