Teddy Roosevilt's 'bully pulpit' has been morphed into 'Bully in the Pulpit' by this prez!

I'll take this hour to insult every Republican in the room, and I want you to just sit there! Understand?

Apparently nobody ever taught BHO that you get more done by talking with people instead of down at them.  

I recollect his admonishments of the Supreme Court Justices two years ago at the SOTU address. They had no recourse, they had to just sit and squirm through it. Although it is noted that not all returned last year. 

We all remember his very personal attack on GOP Budget Chairman Paul Ryan on national TV in a setting where Ryan could only sit and squirm. I've noticed that Chairman Ryan has never returned for another one of Obamanation's lofty tirades. 

And now I am thinking about tonight's forecast State of the Union Address. Will our Dear Leader address the state of the nation, offer solutions to national problems, or use the hour to berate the GOP members of congress sitting there uncomfortably squirming. 

In my finest dream - I envision that upon the fading echo of his first insult, slight, put down, that the entire GOP delegation from both Houses will rise quietly in unison and exit the chamber.. 

Would they take some heat? You bet! The MSM would castigate them -- their responses to the mikes shoved in their faces should be measured and quiet. "We came to listen to a plan to help restore this nation to fiscal prosperity and a land of growing jobs. Not to be lectured like school children with 'It's my way or the highway.' 

Whatever else --- it would be a State of the Union Speech that the Nation would never forget...   the night the GOP stood up on it's collective hind legs and said 'NO MAS!!"

Alas - it's only a dream....
