Even when they are proposing tax increases on the evil rich and their corporate jets, they just can't seem to smile.  This picture this morning accompanied an article about their proposal to save the Nation's $16 Trillion dollar debt problem by squeezing $4 billion more in taxes out of corporations.

Oh yeah, and raise the taxes on that oil and gas you don't really need.... but should pay more for... er, something.
