Do the Republicans have a death wish?

.... or are they just inordinately, and collectively stupid?

I only ask that because I see our economy in shambles, gas prices soaring, unemployment continuing, nation debt spiraling, our national image in the world shrinking, our military decimated, inflation encouraged........ and the GOP has somehow allowed itself to be painted into a corner arguing the pros and cons of issuing the 'Pill' to single gals.

Doesn't anybody remember an Arkansas hustler and womanizer who won the White House on the simple statement, "Its the Economy, Stupid"? And that was back when times were better than we are now suffering.

If ever that old saw, "Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it." needed to be waved in the face of GOP candidates ............ this is the year!

Let's see now - their secret plan to win this year: 'Aggravate 100 million female voters for no good reason!' Yessir - that sounds like a winner. They could really seal the deal by writing a new plank for their platform and broadcasting it: "Viagra is evil so we are taking it off the market." That ought to lose them another 50 million votes.

Give me a break -- where is the logic.... where is the thought process.... they have fifty ways to run Obamanation back to Chicago with his socialist tail between his legs ....... and they wanna make an issue out of contraception.

Hells Bells, I'll bet even the good Catholic women will poll against the GOP position on this issue. Save your sanctimonious hand wringing for Sunday morning fellers, and get back to the economy on Tuesdays!!!!!!!!

I'll bet Axelrod, Jarrett, Reid, Pelosi, and the whole Obama cabal gather in the Oval Office and laugh till tears run down their cheeks when they watch the evening news each night this election year.........the Dems are wrong on every issue, and yet the RNC apparently wants the national debate to concentrate on free condoms!!
