All of you good citizens that make less than $250,000 a year need to order one of these cards.Whenever you are about to be taxed at the new higher tax levels for tanning treatments, OTC (over the counter) drugs, cigarettes, early withdrawal of your HSA funds, for not having health insurance, Special Needs Kids Tax, and more, just flash this card at the would be collector of the new taxes and ask, "Are you calling Barack Hussein Obama a liar. He said my taxes would not be raised!"
