Time was, when tin pot dictators from all over the world would come and bad mouth the United States of America in speech after speech in the U.N. Building (which we built for them).Apparently, they can now save the time, money and effort necessary for such speechifying..... With the aid of his faithful TOTUS, the POTUS has taken over the task for them........
