Here's a real "Good News - Bad News" story......

.....apparently Tim Elliott, a convicted felon in Massachusetts was out of prison on parole when he bought a lottery ticket and won $1 Million Dollars. Buying lottery tickets is a no-no for parolees, it seems. However the parole board forgave him his sins and told him he could keep the money. That's the good news! The bad news is that now his is no longer indigent, he must pay the $65 per month parole service fee!
I reckon he can live with that - and I'll bet he pays it on time each month too!
