Police: Drunk Pa. Man Tried To 'Revive' Opossum

PUNXSUTAWNEY, Pa. (AP) ―

State police have charged a central Pennsylvania man with public drunkenness after he was seen giving mouth-to-mouth "resuscitation" to a long-dead opossum along a highway.

Trooper Jamie Levier says several witnesses saw 55-year-old Donald Wolfe, of Brookville, near the animal along Route 36 in Oliver Township Thursday about 3 p.m. The trooper says one person saw Wolfe kneeling before the animal and gesturing as though he were conducting a seance, while another saw the mouth-to-mouth attempt.

Levier says Wolfe was "extremely intoxicated" and "did have his mouth in the area of the animal's mouth, I guess."

Oliver Township is about 65 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

Two thoughts come to mind....... How does one live down the embarrassment of such an event? And do you reckon this dude thought this possum was the weather prognosticating Punxsutawny Phil, hisself?

The coarsening of America?

Veep Biden's "F-Bombing' of the national airways without recrimination kinda makes me wonder just how far and fast we have slipped down the hill of the coarsening of America in the last few years.

First we had the Reverend Jesse Jackon suggesting on an open mike that he would like to perform surgery on certain body parts of Obamanation. Then we had 'W's use of the word azzhole when referring to a certain reporter. But he din't know there was an open mike nearby either.

It's been said the Veep Cheney suggested that Senator Leaky Leahy perform an anatomically impossible task on himself, but that was off mike, not recorded and therefore doesn't count.

Not to mention that we have a White House Chief of Staff who uses the 'F' word regularly as a verb, an adjective, an adverb, a noun and even as one syllable in a four syllable word in the Oval Office and the White House. And nobody cares! The press even jokes about it!!

And now, we have the Vice President of the United States of America, introducing the POTUS himself, immediately in front of TWO open mikes, and advising him that this is a 'Big F**king Deal'!! Nobody seems to care.......

As a matter of fact, the next day at a public forum, Joltin' Joe opined that the POTUS was so entertained by his enthusiastic words that he was gonna order Joe a Tee Shirt with the words printed on it to commemorate the occasion.

Oh, and by the way, when addressed that next day by a former Senate colleague as Mr Vice President, again in front of an open mike, his reply was "Give me a F**king Break!"

Now then Pilgrims, I ain't no prude, and after twenty years in the military and bid'ness world, I can and do cuss with the best of 'em. But as a basic show of respect, I do not utter those seriously profane words when public speaking, in mixed company or even among strangers....

Shouldn't we expect the same from our national leaders? Am I just old fashioned?

Or are we sliding into an abyss of graceless and classless manners, from which there is no return?

Why am I not surprised?

I watched this country take another giant leap into the chasm of Euro-Socialism (which is bankrupting all them at the moment) last night as the House voted for Gob'mint Nanny-care for all us poor unwashed citizens.

I woke up this mornin' realizing that they had just guaranteed a minimum of two trillion dollar$ of deficit spending and mounting debt with that vote -- when what to my wondering eyes should appear - but a Bloomberg report showing that the US Gob'mint with it's "full faith and credit" guaranteeing it's bonds...... must NOW PAY MORE TO BORROW MONEY THAN WARREN BUFFETT AND HIS BERKSHIRE-HATHAWAY COMPANY!!!!

Read that again folks, the credit of the US of A is now less than private companies. And this is BEFORE Moody's make their threatened step to lower our credit rating to less than AAA!

If ever there was a time in American History to stop, look and listen ---- and then pull up our socks and reorganize our priorities ----- this is THAT TIME! But noooo, those imbeciles at both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington are wearing that credit card thinner than ever!!!

You and I would be cut short, cut off, have our card taken away -- but there ain't anybody to stop those arrogant fools ............. at least until November!!! The question is, will the Nanny State babies be willing to sacrifice now for the sake of their children and grandchildren later? We'll know on election day, November 2nd, won't we?

It appears the House of Representatives will proceed with plans to vote this weekend on President Obama’s health care legislation, despite the well-documented objections of the American people to both the contents of the bill and the manner in which the Democratic leadership hopes to pass it.

House Republican Leader John Boehner (R-OH) today sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) requesting that the final health care votes be recorded by “call of the roll” so that every lawmaker is required to publicly announce their vote on the House floor.

“This weekend’s votes will be among the most consequential votes we will ever cast as Members of Congress,” Boehner says in the letter to Speaker Pelosi. “As such, it is my belief that every Member should stand before the American people and announce his or her vote as the final decision is made.”

EDITORIAL: Obama surrenders gulf oil to Moscow

The Obama administration is poised to ban offshore oil drilling on the outer continental shelf until 2012 or beyond. Meanwhile, Russia is making a bold strategic leap to begin drilling for oil in the Gulf of Mexico. While the United States attempts to shift gears to alternative fuels to battle the purported evils of carbon emissions, Russia will erect oil derricks off the Cuban coast.

Offshore oil production makes economic sense. It creates jobs and helps fulfill America's vast energy needs. It contributes to the gross domestic product and does not increase the trade deficit. Higher oil supply helps keep a lid on rising prices, and greater American production gives the United States more influence over the global market.

Drilling is also wildly popular with the public. A Pew Research Center poll from February showed 63 percent support for offshore drilling for oil and natural gas. Americans understand the fundamental points: The oil is there, and we need it. If we don't drill it out, we have to buy it from other countries. Last year, the U.S. government even helped Brazil underwrite offshore drilling in the Tupi oil field near Rio de Janeiro. The current price of oil makes drilling economically feasible, so why not let the private sector go ahead and get our oil?

The Obama administration, however, views energy policy through green eyeshades. Every aspect of its approach to energy is subordinated to radical environmental concerns. This unprecedented lack of balance is placing offshore oil resources off-limits. The O Force would prefer the country shift its energy production to alternative sources, such as nuclear, solar and wind power. In theory, there's nothing wrong with that, in the long run, assuming technology can catch up to demand. But we have not yet reached the green utopia, we won't get there anytime soon, and America needs more oil now.

Russia more sensibly views energy primarily as a strategic resource. Energy is critical to Russia's economy, as fuel and as a source of profit through export. Russia also has used energy as a coercive diplomatic tool, shutting off natural gas piped to Eastern Europe in the middle of winter to make a point about how dependent the countries are that do business with the Russians.

Now Russia is using oil exploration to establish a new presence in the Western Hemisphere. It recently concluded four contracts securing oil-exploration rights in Cuba's economic zone in the Gulf of Mexico. A Russian-Cuban joint partnership will exploit oil found in the deep waters of the Gulf.

Cuba has rights to the area in which drilling will be conducted under an agreement the Carter administration recognized. From Russia's perspective, this is another way to gain leverage inside what traditionally has been America's sphere of influence. It may not be as dramatic as the Soviet Union attempting to use Cuba as a missile platform, but in the energy wars, the message is the same. Russia is projecting power into the Western Hemisphere while the United States retreats. The world will not tolerate a superpower that acts like a sidekick much longer.

When will the good citizens, and I assume there are still a few out there, of this great country wake up and recognize what this vacuous empty suit and his Chicago gangster, Alinsky cronies are doing to us? Will it be in time?

I ain't one to wish my life away, but it could be November election day tomorrow and I wouldn't be a bit disappointed!!!

WE UNDERSTAND the administration's sense of urgency on health-care reform. But what is intended as a final sprint threatens to turn into something unseemly and, more important, contrary to Democrats' promises of transparency and time for deliberation.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told reporters Monday that she is leaning toward a parliamentary maneuver under which the House would vote on a package of changes to the Senate-approved reform bill, and the underlying Senate bill would then be "deemed" to have passed, even though the House had never voted on it. That may help some House members dodge a politically difficult decision, but it strikes us as a dodgy way to reform the health-care system.

The Post's comments may not seem strong at first blush, but considering that it's in the Post, it is indeed strong wording!!

What is it about arrogance and narcissism that prevents a rational human being from seeing the flags and posters waving in his face? The worst argument of all for steamrolling this though in the last days...... is because "we have been working on this for a year!". Well, duh! Nothing like an eraser and a clean chalkboard to start over again and avoiding the mistakes of the last year!!

If that's what he really wanted to do.........

By the way - when did we stop electing Presidents and start electing Kings?

When TV programs start to lag in the rating, they sometimes go overboard, 'Jumping the Shark' to resurrect themselves. As Happy Days did years ago, when this term was first coined.

We all know that the New York Times has been losing subscribers and advertising for several years now..... not just because of the new media avenues, or the paper's occasional journalistic integrity questions..... or even their serious skew to the left...

But all that aside, when I look at this picture they ran yesterday alongside an article about Obamanation's focus on ObamaCare.... I've just got to wonder if they too, are 'Jumping the Shark'?

Why is President Barack Obama in such a hurry to get his socialized medicine bill passed?

Because he and his cunning circle realize some basic truths:

The American people in their unimaginable kindness and trust voted for a pig in a poke in 2008. They wanted so much to believe Barack Obama was somehow better and different from other ultra-leftists that they simply took him on faith.

They ignored his anti-white writings in his books. They ignored his quiet acceptance of hysterical anti-American diatribes by his minister, Jeremiah Wright.

They ignored his refusal to explain years at a time of his life as a student. They ignored his ultra-left record as a "community organizer," Illinois state legislator, and Senator.

The American people ignored his total zero of an academic record as a student and teacher, his complete lack of scholarship when he was being touted as a scholar.

Now, the American people are starting to wake up to the truth. Barack Obama is a super likeable super leftist, not a fan of this country, way, way too cozy with the terrorist leaders in the Middle East, way beyond naïveté, all the way into active destruction of our interests and our allies and our future.

The American people have already awakened to the truth that the stimulus bill -- a great idea in theory -- was really an immense bribe to Democrat interest groups, and in no way an effort to help all Americans.

Now, Americans are waking up to the truth that ObamaCare basically means that every time you are sick or injured, you will have a clerk from the Department of Motor Vehicles telling your doctor what he can and cannot do.

The American people already know that Mr. Obama's plan to lower health costs while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something that never was and never will be -- a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free society. Either the costs go up or the free society goes away.

These are perilous times. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of the nation. Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to "protect us" from global warming, itself largely a fraud if believed to be caused by man.

Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at all in taking away our freedoms.

There is his urgency and our opportunity. Once freedom is lost, America is lost. Wake up, beloved America.

Color them 'BLUE" states.....

Have you ever noticed that when you look at a map of the United States, those states that are colored Democrat Blue seem to be in the most desperate straits and those painted Red seem to be paying their bills and meeting their budgets??

There are exceptions to this of course.... but as a rule, the states with Dim Legislatures and Gov's seem to be drowning in red ink and flailing about raising taxes and runnin' folks off.

On the other hand, there is Governor Butch Otter, up in the Red state of Idaho.... who is busy attracting new business to his state instead of raising taxes on those that are already there --- and runnin' them off.

Meanwhile, the Blue governors just wring their hands and whine....... and raise taxes - and whine!!

An American al-Qaida suspect detained in Yemen fooled his hospital guards into unshackling him by asking to join them for prayers, security officials said Saturday. He then killed a guard who laid down his weapon as he went ahead at prayer time.

The new details of Sharif Mobley's failed escape attempt, obtained by The Associated Press, indicate the 26-year-old American of Somali descent has a level of training and cunning characteristic of the terror network. [....]

So, here we have young Sharif Mobley, (Mom's great grandson?) conning his guards into letting their guard down... now then, if Yemen had a gob'ment bureau like our OSHA, this never would'a happened. OSHA would have insisted that a warning label be attached to young Mobley's wrist saying:

"Warning - it is not safe to unshackle this prisoner, place a loaded weapon next to him, and then go wash your hands before prayers." How's that for a step toward crime prevention?

The onliest question I still have is.... if this piece of human excrement killed one of their fellow guards, and seriously wounded another..... why or how did they let him 'surrender' after chasing him around the hospital?

Sounds dumber than those ROE (rules of engagement) in Afghanistan ... the bad guys can shoot at you all they want, but if they lay their guns down, our troops can't shoot at them!! The Marquess of Queensberry in charge now?

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A California sushi chef and the restaurant in which he worked have been charged with illegally serving meat from an endangered Sei whale, the Justice Department said on Thursday.

Kiyoshiro Yamamoto, 45, and the parent company of the popular restaurant The Hump in Santa Monica were charged late on Wednesday with violating the Marine Mammal Protection Act which makes it illegal to sell any kind of whale meat.

The case stemmed from informants who ordered whale meat at the restaurant in October 2009 and evolved into a sting operation by U.S. wildlife and customs officials who observed whale meat being served at the restaurant last week.

"Someone should not be able to walk into a restaurant and order a plate of an endangered species," U.S. Attorney Andre Birotte Jr. said in a statement.

According to an affidavit filed with the criminal complaint, two confidential informants last week ordered whale meat during a sting operation while wildlife and customs officers sat at the sushi bar observing.

The sushi chef went to a car in the parking lot and brought a package of meat back into the restaurant where he opened it at the sushi bar and sliced the meat to serve, according to the document.

After initially ignoring questions from a customer at the sushi bar about the meat, "a customer to the right of the (official) then asked the sushi chef about the meat product, and the sushi chef quietly said that it was 'whale,'" the affidavit said.

The plate of whale meat was then delivered to the two informants' table.

A lawyer for the restaurant and chef was not immediately available for comment.

The charge carries a penalty of up to one year in prison and fines of up to $100,000 fo

r individuals and $200,000 for organizations.

The case is USA v. Typhoon Restaurant dba The Hump Restaurant and Kiyoshiro Yamamoto, Central District of California.

Now don't get me wrong Pilgrims, I am all for law and order...... but I sure got take off my Stetson and scratch my head when I see this major crime report on expensive sting operation and the arrest of a cook and his boss for serving raw whale..... in the middle of Los Angeles - the crime capital of the Country!!

A quick glance at the chart on the right will show that the citizens of this fair city suffer more homicides, rapes, burglaries and car thefts than durned near anywhere in the country.

You might be shot down in a drive-by shooting, mugged and raped on your way home, have your car stolen and not recovered ..... but By God, you ain't gonna get served any sushi made of of the flesh of the endangered whale!

Don't that just make you feel safe and warm? And proud of the efficient use of your crime fighting tax dollars?

In a phone interview just this afternoon with National Review, Congressman Stupak (he who has led the charge against tax payer funded abortions on demand) shared something we have never heard out loud before.... “Their position says that women, especially those without means available, should have their abortions covered.” The arguments they have made to him in recent deliberations, he adds, “are a pretty sad commentary on the state of the Democratic party.”

What are Democratic leaders saying? “If you pass the Stupak amendment, more children will be born, and therefore it will cost us millions more. That’s one of the arguments I have been hearing,” Stupak says. “Money is their hang-up. Is this how we now value life in America? If money is the issue — come on, we can find room in the budget. This is life we’re talking about.”

If Obamacare passes, Stupak says, it could signal the end of any meaningful role for pro-life Democrats within their own party.

Now although I don't believe in abortions AFTER the first trimester - I ain't a sword swallowing right to lifer! But the absolute coldness of these Dim leaders just scares the beJesus out of me. If they are willing to dissect unborn babies to save money -- what are their plans for Seniors, the chronically ill and the yet to be born special needs babies....

I can't make this stuff up.... here is the first paragraph of the proposed State Law -- (I'll link you below)

       THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
       BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

    1    Section 1. The general business law is amended by adding a new section
    2  399-bbb to read as follows:
    3    S  399-BBB.  PROHIBITION ON SALT; RESTAURANTS. 1. NO OWNER OR OPERATOR
    4  OF A RESTAURANT IN THIS STATE SHALL USE SALT IN ANY FORM IN THE PREPARA-
    5  TION OF ANY FOOD  FOR  CONSUMPTION  BY  CUSTOMERS  OF  SUCH  RESTAURANT,
    6  INCLUDING  FOOD  PREPARED TO BE CONSUMED ON THE PREMISES OF SUCH RESTAU-
    7  RANT OR OFF OF SUCH PREMISES.

The new mayor of Detroit (replacing the one that went to jail) has proposed a plan, unheard of heretofore. His plan, yet to be approved, is to totally shut down the abandoned parts of the city, move their few remaining citizens to 'stronger' neighborhoods, and plow under the dead zones and turn them back into farms and fields.

Sounds mindboggling........ til you think about it. If they can do it fairly and honestly, using eminent domain in a fair and just way.... it could be a real answer for a city whose population has dropped from two million to one million in the last twenty years.

I hope he's real, I hope the plan works, I hope that folks living in the one or two house on a blighted block get to exchange their house for one of similar value in a 'stronger' neighborhood.

Color me as the cockeyed optimist.!

That's my word of the day ... "Eurosclerosis"!!

It describes the illness and hardening of the arteries and other ailments currently suffered in Europe as a result of breathing in the germs of socialism for lo these many years. It's symptoms include patterns of high unemployment and slow job creation in spite of economic growth.

Latest word is that it's basic cells have mutated and can cross the Atlantic Ocean even against the prevailing winds.........

Compared to "Eurosclerosis", Swine Flu is a piece of cake...... That young feller in the picture is a 35 year old Euro victim of the disease.

I wonder how many Americans.....

The ultimate irony would be that once the House agrees to pass the Senate bill with the implied understanding that both Houses of Congress would then perform the Reconciliation dance, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and Barack Obama proclaim Health Care the law of the land and refuse to go any further with Reconciliation.

Like the Scorpion and the Frog, the duped Democrats in Congress would finally learn the lessons of Democrat rule:

(1) Democrats lie. In fact, it what they do best.

(2) Anyone who believes their lies will eventually get stung...just like the frog did when he helped the scorpion.

Anchors aweigh, America...your Congress is about to drill holes in the hull and sink our great country...but you'll have health care.

Why is President Barack Obama in such a hurry to get his socialized medicine bill passed?

Because he and his cunning circle realize some basic truths:

The American people in their unimaginable kindness and trust voted for a pig in a poke in 2008. They wanted so much to believe Barack Obama was somehow better and different from other ultra-leftists that they simply took him on faith.

They ignored his anti-white writings in his books. They ignored his quiet acceptance of hysterical anti-American diatribes by his minister, Jeremiah Wright.

They ignored his refusal to explain years at a time of his life as a student. They ignored his ultra-left record as a "community organizer," Illinois state legislator, and Senator.

The American people ignored his total zero of an academic record as a student and teacher, his complete lack of scholarship when he was being touted as a scholar.

Now, the American people are starting to wake up to the truth. Barack Obama is a super likable super leftist, not a fan of this country, way, way too cozy with the terrorist leaders in the Middle East, way beyond naïveté, all the way into active destruction of our interests and our allies and our future.

The American people have already awakened to the truth that the stimulus bill -- a great idea in theory -- was really an immense bribe to Democrat interest groups, and in no way an effort to help all Americans.

Now, Americans are waking up to the truth that ObamaCare basically means that every time you are sick or injured, you will have a clerk from the Department of Motor Vehicles telling your doctor what he can and cannot do.

The American people already know that Mr. Obama's plan to lower health costs while expanding coverage and bureaucracy is a myth, a promise of something that never was and never will be -- a bureaucracy lowering costs in a free society. Either the costs go up or the free society goes away.

These are perilous times. Mrs. Hillary Clinton, our Secretary of State, has given Iran the go-ahead to have nuclear weapons, an unqualified betrayal of the nation. Now, we face a devastating loss of freedom at home in health care. It will be joined by controls on our lives to "protect us" from global warming, itself largely a fraud if believed to be caused by man.

Mr. Obama knows Americans are getting wise and will stop him if he delays at all in taking away our freedoms.

There is his urgency and our opportunity. Once freedom is lost, America is lost. Wake up, beloved America.

Y'all have heard how the Prime Minister of Newfoundland came to the US to have his heart surgery at his expense, rather than have it for free under the Canadian Healthcare program.

I could regale you for hours with horror stories my in-laws have suffered in England in the octopus, Catch 22 arms of the British version of National Health care.... but I won't.

This brief open letter from the German publication 'Bild' to the Greek Prime Minister, in one phrase..... says it all! That the British left wing paper, The Guardian, chose to reprint it speaks even louder!!

After yesterday's call by two German politicians that Greece sell off islands, historic buildings and artworks before receiving aid, the German tabloid Bild has written an open letter to the Greek prime minister George Papandreou:

Dear prime minister,

If you're reading this, you've entered a country different from yours. You're in Germany.

Here, people work until they are 67 and there is no 14th-month salary for civil servants. Here, nobody needs to pay a €1,000 bribe to get a hospital bed in time.

Our petrol stations have cash registers, taxi drivers give receipts and farmers don't swindle EU subsidies with millions of non-existent olive trees.

Germany also has high debts but we can settle them. That's because we get up early and work all day.

We want to be friends with the Greeks. That's why since joining the euro, Germany has given your country €50bn.

The emphasis in that hospital bed phrase is mine. It speaks volumes about national health care doesn't it? Obviously, the service is plumb different for those with the drachma in their pockets.......

Obama signs bill to entice foreign travelers to US

WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama has signed a bill creating a program to promote the U.S. as a premier tourism destination for international travelers.

The U.S. Travel Association calls it a major step in addressing the drop-off in such visits to the U.S. during the past decade. The association says the U.S. welcomed 2.4 million fewer overseas visitors last year than in 2000. And that, the group says, has cost it an estimated $509 billion in total spending and $32 billion in direct tax receipts.

Government and private industry would evenly split the program's costs, with Washington contributing up to $100 million a year. That money will come from a $10 fee paid by foreigners who do not pay for visas to enter the U.S.

Well now fellow Pilgrims, Ole' Pecoz has two questions about this report:

1. Why is it that Dems never learn that adding on fees and taxes DOES NOT INCREASE BID'NESS, or in this case, TOURISM??

2. 204 million fewer visitors cost $509 BILLION DOLLARS in lost revenue? That would be, $212,000 spent per tourist? Pardners...... those be some serious high rollers, or our Beltway Bureaucrat's math is as bad as their Health Care plans..........

The (now former) Mayor of Racine, Wisconsin, father of two adult daughters (and recently divorced - duh!), was awaiting sentencing for child sex crimes. In brief, he was using the Internet to lure teen age girls for sexual purpose, when he got caught in a police sting. Sentences up to twenty-seven years could have been imposed.

The Judge in the case had privately decided to hand down a sentence of ten years supervised probation. And so where does Mrs Gump's saying come into play, you ask?

Two weeks before sentencing, the convicted Mayor went to a local department store and purchased 9 bras and panties appropriate in size for a child, size 5 and 32B.

The Prosecutor pinned them to poster boards and presented them at the sentencing hearing.

The Judge had a 're-think' and now the ex-Mayor will be residing at the tax payers expense for two consecutive three year terms.

Stupid is as Stupid does, indeed!!

Calif. couple who removed lawn plead not guilty

A California man who tried to save water and money by removing his front lawn is being taken to court. Quan Ha pleaded not guilty on Tuesday to a misdemeanor count for violating Orange city code. He faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Ha and his wife replaced their grass with wood chips in 2008. They said they'd just had a baby and began to think about her future.

At a time when Southern California cities fine people for overwatering thirsty lawns, the Has say they've saved hundreds of thousands of gallons of water and slashes their bill.

The city cited them for violating a law requiring live landscaping to cover 40 percent of the yard.

The couple planted drought-tolerant plants last year. The city says it isn't enough.

ACORN.......... by any other name......?

Doug Giles had an interesting column on Townhall.com recently.

ACORN, despite their protestations that Brietpart and his young Pimp & Ho, proved nothing.. has apparently decided to rebrand itself into more innocent acronyms:

- NYCC (New York Communities for Change)
- ACCE (Alliance of Californians for Community Empowerment)
- NEUJ (New England United for Justice)

Now I don't know why, if innocent, they would give up that fine, infamous ACORN brand. but there have been some suggestions for new names and acronyms that Giles presented:

- Societal Assistance Through Action Now - (SATAN)
- Association of Hucksters Obama Lovingly Employs - (AHOLE)
- Sal Alinsky's Converted Kids Operating Clandestinely and Radically Against American Principles (SACK-0-CRAP)

So I got to thinking about it, and figured with my military background and comfort with Federal acronyms, I ought to be able to come up with a couple more to help these good folks out.

Like:
- The Helpers In Every Victims Everyday Situation -- (THIEVES)
- Men United Gathering God's Every Reward -- (MUGGER)

How about it Pilgrims? Can you think of a couple to kick in here (Comments) and contribute to the cause?
